New Year's Eve
New Year's eve was spent dancing the night away @ Munno Parra bowling club, near Gawler. The band "Kindred Spirit" played some great music & the lady singer could certainly belt out a song, considering her age NO SPRING CHICKEN!!!
Our line dancing friends Dawn, Dot & Julie helped us celebrate in the New Year

Xmas in Rundle Mall - Adelaide
Arrived @ Colins place in Adelaide in late afternoon & parked the van. Ray came & collected us as we are going to stay with him for a few days over Xmas. Col's not well enough to have visitors, but will leave the van here.
Caught the bus into town from Rays place in Mile End, only took 5 minutes very convenient to city.
Lovely old carousel in full swing in the mall
Myers Xmas decorations.

Maslin unclad beach
I like the way they call it "UNCLAD" fancy name for NUDE beach
Our new friends we met @ Rapid bay, Sharon & Guy from Sunshine coast, QLD
Sellicks beach & Port Willunga
Sellicks beach
Jetty pylons are all that remains of this coastal village's early days as a grain port
Storehouse dug into the limestone cliffs, when the jetty was a bustling hive of activity
We had a nice surprise when we got back to van after buying some fish & chips from the "Star of Greece" take away. Council ranger had been around & gave us a parking fine, for not parking in the correct manner!!!
Star of Greece was a three masted iron cargo ship that was wrecked here in 1888
Not sure about this photo of me in a cossie, look like a beached whale!!! Definitely need to make a NY resolution to loose some weight OMG!!!!
Myponga village
Myponga is at the centre of rich grazing & dairy country, where herds of Friesian cows can be seen in the paddocks
Must get cold winters around here, the verandah on this house was stacked high with wood
