Bikes off the van & time to explore Mt Gambier. We are in caravan park couple blocks from city, so makes it nice & easy to get around & see what this city has to offer. it's bigger than I thought, so lots to see & do. Weather is nice & great for sightseeing
Tribute to all the settlers from all over the world, that made this city what it is today
Right in the heart of the city is "
The cave garden" a limestone cave that has been turned into a garden. It was used as the original source of water supply for early settlers & is still a central meeting & picnic place renowned for its famous rose garden
This lovely marble fountain was donated to city by Sir Robert Helpman (ballet dancer from years gone by) Grandfather
