'Tant Tiger'
Discover the tale of the tiger @ the pub & see the stuffed beast which takes pride of place in the bar.
Story goes that a travelling circus lost one of their tigers & that it was being blamed for all the sheep that were being killed in the district in 1890's.
Turns out it was a Rabbit hunter & he was killing off the sheep, skinning them & placing the fleeces inside a fur ball made of possum skins & sending them off to Adelaide to be sold & making himself a small fortune
Not much left in Tantanoola, pub, old station & outhouse!!!!
